To the left hand side as you are facing the front garden of the house called ‘Sous l’Eglise’ in St. Stephen’s Road behind St. Stephen’s Church.

The granite menhir was found during the construction of the house and was re-erected by the States of Guernsey Ancient Monuments Committee as they were then known. Evidence points to many menhirs in the area.
This rather unassuming lump is 1.4 metres high and 600 cm wide.
